Most USA based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 2 to 4 business days for your convenience and maximum efficiency. Your product will normally arrive within 28 Business Days. Q: HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
A: An order containing regular, in-stock products can be cancelled if the items have not yet been prepared for shipment and orders that have already been marked fulfilled as there is no way for us to pull back the parcel that we have already shipped. Please note that your refund will not include any promotions or discounts applied to your order.
There is a 15% restocking fee for orders that are not yet being marked fulfilled to cover up the processing fee from our payment processor.

Q: I ORDERED 2+ BAGS, BUT I ONLY RECEIVED 1. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
A: We sometimes ship the items separately depending on the overall weight of the package. Also, we have several warehouses which fulfil the orders based on availability. You may receive one item before the next. It is completely normal.
